If it is too difficult for you, look for a lower level, and do at least one more topic.
If you found it ok, do at least one more topic.
If it was too easy, choose a higher level and do one or two more topics.
With each topic, don't forget to do the vocabulary and speaking activities. For the speaking activity write down your answers in your notebook first.
